ABOUT MAX HITZEMANN

     Lockheed Martin Senior Software Engineer / 3D Artist with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media. 11+ years of professional experience using 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Unity, Unreal, and Visual Studio to develop near photo-realistic VMT (Virtual Maintenance Training) and SDT (Sustainment Digital Twin) applications. Skills range from development of game ready XR assets through the entire artistic development pipeline, to programming applications for a multitude of end hardware.

Previous occupations include 3D modeling at the Institute for Simulation and Training while developing an orange box environment as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida. I also co-founded a game design company called 302 Interactive located in downtown Orlando, placed first in the Intel® RealSense™ competition and first at the Indie Galactic Space Jam. Additionally, I had previous work with Mythbusters and QinetiQ on various contracts.
